There are many, many entries on COVID19 across the WordPress universe of blogs (I searched) and this is another one.  Everyone wants to add their 2 cents, I guess.  The virus (Latin: poison) has caused a pandemic, meaning it has affected the whole world.  Science-wise, the medical and related professionals are doing their utmost to treat the virus and potentially eradicate it or limit its impact in answer to governmental calls for help.  That the virus is so widespread logically leads to thought and speculation about the role of God in the matter.  The virus is big and God is big.  Maybe God has placed great power in the virus in order to harm us and thereby send a warning.  That warning could be summed up in the sentence:  repent for the kingdom of God is near.  The end (of this blog post) and maybe much more?
